Red Hook Awaits
Red Hook was once the site of a bustling shipping trade, but the neighborhood has since evolved into an artistic haven. Former warehouses have been transformed into art galleries and defunct shipping buildings are now thriving marketplaces.
THINGS TO DO
Stroll along the scenic Gowanus Canal or get inspired by the museums at Pioneer Works. Take in the sights from Valentino Pier and take a post-worthy photo of the Statue of Liberty. Grab a custom cone at Ample Hills Creamery or a Swedish Meatball at the IKEA cafe. Wander around this beautiful neighborhood before you depart on your cruise. The Brooklyn Cruise Terminal is also only a half mile from the center of Red Hook.
